A Wedding at The Three Horseshoes, Bighton
Emma and Edward's wedding at The Three Horseshoes, Bighton was a delightful blend of friendship and genuine love. The rustic ambiance of the venue provided the perfect setting for capturing their special day. Situated in Bighton, The Three Horseshoes is a hidden gem known for its charm and welcoming atmosphere. Originally built in the 1800’s, the building itself is Grade II listed, and it is tucked away in the heart of the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
Whilst pub weddings are generally a slightly more informal affair, the more formal ceremony was held at the nearby church in Bishop’s Sutton, giving all the guests a perfect excuse to don their smartest clothes! Arriving in style in a vintage MG sportscar, Emma look radiant as she met her husband-to-be at the aisle where they exchanged their vows.
Genuine Emotions
As a Filmmaker, I’m always looking for ways to inject genuine emotions into the films I make, and the Father Of the Bride speech usually provides me with a goldmine of emotion-laden narrative. Emma’s father was no exception, and his speech toasting his daughter’s character was the perfect way for me to open the film.
Edward’s speech definitely did not disappoint either! His heartfelt words about his new bride, the life together and their future as a family allowed me to continue the narrative and make the film a genuine reflection of the emotions expressed and felt on the day itself.
Partytime
As might be expected of a wedding taking place at a pub, the evening party kicked off in style, ably abetted by the fantastic and totally unique duo of The Cash Cows.
