A Losely Park Wedding Video

Located in the serene Surrey countryside, Loseley Park set the stage for the union of Anousha and Rhodri. Originally an Elizabethan manor house, Losely combines beautifully manicured gardens, expansive lawns and the grandeur of the period’s architecture. The grounds themselves cover a massive 1400 acres of rolling Surrey hills - something even my drone struggled to capture in full!

Anticipation

Anousha and her bridal party got ready on site, giving me the opportunity to capture the whole morning of preparations. It was clear that as the anticipation for the upcoming ceremony was building that nerves were starting to show, but a few glasses of bubbly calmed the nerves. The emotions were obvious when Anousha’s father and the rest of her bridal party first saw her in her dress - a stunning white gown from Suzanne Neville - before they left for the church in a vintage car.

The ceremony took place at a church a short drive away, and Anousha & Rhodri exchanged their vows in front of their nearest and dearest. Not even a short monsoon-like rain shower could dampen the spirits, and by the time the newly-wed couple left under a shower of confetti the skies had once again cleared.

Back at Losely PArk

At the height of summer the walled rose gardens at Losely Park were the perfect setting for the afternoon drinks reception, complete with string quartet and fresh oysters. With Anousha’s family originally hailing from Sri Lanka, and Rhodri coming from the Welsh valleys, their wedding was a truly international gathering, with guests coming from all over the globe. Anousha’s father did a great job with his speech, giving me the perfect heartfelt opening for the film. This was followed by an amazing speech from Rhodri (without notes!), whose words about his new bride I knew I had to include. After dinner, and with the help of a DJ, the party kicked off, giving me plenty of crazy dance floor footage to finish this Losely Park wedding Video.
